Do-It Leisure Our mission at Do-It Leisure is to promote wellness through leisure and encourage quality of life for

Do-It Leisure is a non-profit organization providing adapted and instructional activities since 1975. We are partially funded through grants from both the City of Chico and United Way of Northern California. Additionally, Do-It Leisure is vendorized to provide individualized services through referrals from Far Northern Regional Center. Do-It Leisure cooperates with local community recreation districts, along with other human service organizations and agencies in an effort to provide quality programs for people with developmental disabilities

Our mission at Do-It Leisure is to promote wellness through leisure and encourage quality of life for persons with disabilities through utilization of personal and community resources. Do-It Leisure also furthers education of the public on inclusion of persons with disabilities in our community. All of our programs and services are planned and designed to meet the special needs of individuals with disabilities and to promote integration and inclusion. Our agency vision statement may state it best. “More people working and recreating in their home community.”

Congratulations to Work Training Center's longtime and dedicated DSP Rosanne Whyte!

Rosanne is an individual who embodies dedication, respect, and unwavering support for the people in her life. She is an ILS instructor who goes above and beyond to foster self-reliance in others, and encourages people to advocate and ask for help when needed. Rosanne does not shy away from what can be difficult and sometimes sad work, and meets people where they are at with a kind, humble demeanor. She puts time and effort into building relationships with others, and recognizes their gifts, values, and beliefs. Rosanne is there in the best of times, and she's there when times get tough. She is someone people can count on, and truly is an Everyday Hero.

We have a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) on-site, ensuring that you receive the highest level of medical care tailored to your needs, right where you are. Beyond medical care, Mosaic offers a variety of engaging activities and a supportive community environment, promoting independence and well-being.
