Integrative Dynamic Yoga - IDY - is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance offering in-person Yoga Teacher Trainings, continuing education classes, immersions and workshops in Northern California and internationally.

Our Story

Nor Cal Yoga Institute (NCYI, formerly the Northern California Yoga Institute) offers a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training in the IDY-Integrative Dynamic Yoga Method. After 12 years of offering Yoga Teacher Trainings, owner, Kamie Loeser, has been developing an enhanced curriculum that integrates her work as a life coach, business owner, and entrepreneur to create a training program that provides health, fitness, and wellness practitioners an opportunity to expand their services, increase their income, and work less hours by establishing a yoga-based health and wellness business. Ultimately, this program is for those with a passion for yoga to become skillful, confident, and inspirational yoga teachers with a thriving, sustainable, and profitable yoga-based health and wellness business.
