Honored to be featured in CSU Chico’s newspaper, , for their Women’s History Month edition ✨
Beautifully written by Elizabeth Perez It was such a thoughtful and grounding experience to be interviewed by her.
Women’s history matters because so much of it was never fully told.
As Alisa shared in the article, some of the most powerful, “badass” people in history are women, and so many of their stories were left out.
And as we said… we’ve been here the whole time.
Being a women-owned space isn’t just a label for us.
It shapes how we lead, how we teach, and how we hold space.
From learning names and pronouns at the start of class,
to creating an environment where people can explore their bodies, their expression, their sensuality, and their stillness,
this work is intentional.
Because for many of us, spaces that felt safe, seen, and inclusive weren’t always available.
So we built one.
We’re deeply proud to be a space where people practice tapping in, letting go, being bold,
and most of all, practicing how to hold space for themselves and for each other.
