"It was a busy Friday morning. Dr Reeve was out, plus and older man came after me with a foreign object in his eye. I was pleased he was given priority. My wait was, understandably, longer than usual. When I did see Dr Wood, he was efficient but thorough. He showed me my test results and explained his diagnosis clearly.
