🌟 City of Oroville's Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program – Now Available! 🌟

The City of Oroville is excited to announce that funds are available for homeowners earning up to 120% of the area median income! Our Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program provides a fantastic opportunity for families to make essential improvements to their homes that might not be accessible otherwise.

Key Requirements: 🏠 Property must be within Oroville City limits. 🏠 Only single-family, owner-occupied homes or duplexes with at least one unit occupied by the owner qualify. 🏠 Homeowners must have lived on the property for at least six months. 🏠 The applicant cannot own additional properties. 🏠 Income eligibility is based on the total income of all permanent adult members of the household.

Please note: The program does not cover new construction, luxury items, or non-integral equipment (like window A/C units, washers, and dryers).

Join virtually on Wednesday, August 7 at 5:30p.m. to hear from PG&E’s Access and Functional Needs Program Manager, Lizz Stout, and other members of their team to learn more about what PG&E is doing to reduce wildfire risk and make their system safer.
