Through this process, we are able to tailor a person-centered care plan that maximizes the resident's independence and dignity. Aging presents new and different challenges to our elders, their families, and our communities, and here at Roseleaf we have consistently met those challenges over these many years in a caring, skilled, meaningful, and effective way. Hi friends! Today one of or residents showed us how to make paper snowflakes. It was quite fun and they turned out beautiful.
Do you know where snowflakes come from?
A snowflake comes from water v***r in clouds freezing onto tiny airborne particles (like dust or pollen) at freezing temperatures, forming a basic ice crystal that grows as more v***r freezes on to it, developing it six-sided, branching pattern as it falls through different atmospheric conditions.
