This is a great and healthy place to be ☺️ A member mentioned to me recently that I should get out there even if I don’t have an hour to dedicate, a little time is better than nothing and whatever workout you choose, is a helpful reset. I thought was inspiring for me and wanted to share if you needed a nudge too. 👏

Take our advice, and DO IT. Take the class you’ve been wanting to take. Book the personal trainer you’ve been wanting to book with. There is no time like the present. Finish off 2025 STRONG.

Is anyone else feeling a Fall vibe? I blended the most amazing oil yesterday, just not sure what to call it?🤔 If anyone wants to help me choose a name, feel free to comment. For my 2oz cup of cream I used:
3 drops vanilla
4 drops orange
2 drops clove
1 drop cinnamon leaf
I’ve been switching around the cinnamon & clove also. You can also diffuse it if you happen to have those essential oils at home.

Laura Zimberg, licensed massage therapist, grew up in Buffalo and has had a passion for helping people since she was just a child.

That passion, along with some encouragement from her Grandmother, led her to a very storied career in medicine—working as a medical technologist, earning both her EMT and EMT-I certifications and spending 16 years in home health care.

Zimberg is currently one of only a few massage therapists working closely with the Buffalo Bills, and has done so since 2010.
