I am officially offering virtual/online training!
Do you have a gym membership but not know what to do when you are there? Or maybe you have equipment at home and working out on your own time works better for you (especially for us moms!) All you need are some dumbbells and a yoga mat or bench.
I’m using the Everfit app to create custom, individualized workout and nutrition plans for those that prefer this method, or don’t live nearby.
This is not a cookie cutter program! I program each workout myself based on what equipment you have available and how many days a week you can make available to train. I take your specific goals and create a nutrition plan to help you meet those goals. I will check in with you daily/ weekly and help keep you accountable and answer any questions. You’ll also get guided videos on how to perform each exercise both from the app, and demonstrated by me if need be.
I started my own fitness journey with a coach in person, and it was great, but I soon realized it worked better for my schedule, and I was more consistent, if I worked out at home in the evening after the hustle and bustle of the day was done. I bought a bench and some dumbbells, and eventually a small squat rack and barbell, and that is how I’ve come so far!
