I want to take a moment to express the importance of taking care of yourself. Especially as women, we tend to forget how to flow some of that love we feel for our families and friends inward as well.
In doing that, we begin to feel drained and we lose our sense of joy.

That was me a little over two years ago.
Existing. Lost in a feeling of lack. Resentment. Robotic living, wondering “Where did Christa go?”
