We’ve been trying to find a new phone and internet provider for awhile now as xfinity has been fleecing us for many years with their monopoly on fiber optic high speed in the area. There are now other options for high speed such as Race, AT&T and a few satellite company options.
Xfinity is now strong arming our businesses landline telephone number forcing us to change our phone number at least for the time being. We’ve had so many customers service issues with Xfinity while paying 4 times what their services are worth. They were charging us $40 per month for call forwarding and $160 per month for internet. They never showed up for five different service calls with no response or rescheduled with an apologyand after being no shows and then not showing up again.
We’ve come to the conclusion that Comcast/Xfinity should be boycotted and even taken to court for monopolizing and overcharging while offering zero customer service support. Perhaps a class action suit is in order.
