Everyone that knows me, knows I don’t tan I burn. I’m so white I can only spend 15 minutes in the sun when I try to tan, try being the opportune word. After reading about how humans are one of three mammals that don’t make their own vitamin C, instead they rely on food to get enough of it. This is why animals know nothing of sunburns, they make enough vitamin C on their own. So I decided to give it a try, I took a time released vitamin C supplement for 2 weeks straight.
