With more than 25 years working with Community Care Options and care facilities across California, Adam has dedicated his career to improving the quality of education and service in the care industry. He graduated from San Francisco State with a degree in Communication, focusing on Organizational Communication and Public Speaking. His lifelong passions for photography and technology came together when he began making 3D scans of care facilities to use in their marketing, and virtual reality based education. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with his wife and son at the park or playing video games.

Tom Cullen is the co-founder and CEO of Community Care Options. He has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and has been a licensed administrator since 1980.
