✨ Before & After: Implant Bottoming Out Correction ✨

This patient came to us with signs of bottoming out—a condition where the breast implant drops below the natural fold, often creating a “double bubble” appearance and lowering the breast contour.

➡️ In the before photo (right), you can see the implant has descended, especially on the left side, where the lower breast border has dropped about 1.5 cm, as shown by the double line.

Fri-YAY!! This patient just had her one week visit after an abdominoplasty and lipo of her flanks WITHOUT DRAINS!!!

She still feels sore but starting to walk upright. 💪🏼The bruising noted is very normal and her tapes support her incisions. The belly button still has glue in place 👍🏻.

3 months following a lower body lift! I do think these are my favorite. It’s an entire 360 transformation and is basically a thigh and buttock lifter as well. Check out the side view of her new b***y!

The scars are pink because they’re still maturing. At one year they will be white.

Here is a perfect example of what implants can do. They simply enhance your current anatomy. You can expect after surgery that your breasts will still look like you, just more voluminous! Implants cannot create cleavage (that’s what a bra will do), they don’t change ni**le position (unless we address that with more incisions), and they do create more fullness to the upper pole of the breast. 🤩

I love this for mommies who don’t want to look majorly different but simply want to fill out their bathing suit top better. 👙
