As being a small bussiness owner of Scentsational Marketing in Chicopee we pick and choose special people who we give are herbal packs to at radom.
Today we choosen the managers at BJs that went above beyond to help us the other day with a manfacture issue which could of been big.Thanks to Jean and Destiny
they settled our problem .
This is Jean, we brought one for Destiny too.

Then we donated gifts to Chicopee Moose to raise $$
for the children.

Lloyd from Lloyd Transmission
was so honest telling me I had a very tiny leak which apparently was nothing. After a certain dealer tried to get $1400 from me how dishonest. So made Lloyd a nice neck wrap for his honesty.

Then gave a pack to Lisa that helped me when I had vertigo
she was amazing I would wish it on anyone the spinning is awful

Then we gave Jackson and his mom Jill who raised alot of $$ for the Shriners.

For 15 years David Girard & Paul Lavallee have set the standard for quality, organic hot & cold herbal packs, eye pillows, neck cooling wraps & other fabric products. Proudly 100 % hand-made in Chicopee, MA. Patterns vary and many are limited editons - and we are always on the hunt for new fabric to add to our selection. We set up almost every week at local community & craft fairs and this is our first year at the BIG E!

Our mission is to help people relax and calm and sooth themselves whether they have an ailment of just wanting to relax with our herbal packs. Our packs will work either way. We offer all high quality ingredients with natural herbs. Since we personally hand make all our products we know we are offering our customers quality products which will last for years.

Our passion is being able to see and hear our customers stories about what our products mean to them and anyone they shared the experience with.

We expanded our mission to give back to our local community.
