We’re excited to introduce Family Nurse Practitioner Leonid “Leo” Moreira Hernandez! 🩺

With a Master of Family Nurse Practitioner from Miami Regional University and an Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Keiser University, Leo provides personalized, patient-centered care by combining conventional and functional medicine approaches. From prevention to treatment, his goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered.

Leo is fluent in Spanish and dedicated to serving our community, making every visit comfortable and welcoming.

We’re excited to have Leo as part of our care team!
