About Me

Hi everyone, my name is Erika Stanton, a licensed massage therapist of Central Ohio. I have lived in Ohio, namely Circleville, for over 20 years, graduated in 2012 from Circleville High School, and graduated in 2015 from Hocking College with a massage therapy certificate. Professionally, I have massaged since 2016 but I have personally massaged for over 10 years for family and close friends.

Some of you may know me for Small Town Travel Massage; I was the owner of the 1 person business for almost 2 years. Now I’m here at Rural Roots Hair Company as an Independent Contractor since November 2018.

On my page, I wouldn’t share just articles relating to massage; I’d want to share things relating to health in general, especially for self care and mental health. As a person diagnosed with depression, I believe that people have the right to discuss all things health with anyone and should not be embarrassed or ashamed about it. And I believe that some things may work for some people but not for others, so people should have the right to explore for themselves what works for them and not be criticized for any of it.

I really would like to help as many people as I can, whether it’d be with massage or not. I hope to see or hear from you soon and be of service to the community!
