As many of you know, I recently graduated and am stepping into a new season as a Social Worker alongside my massage and wellness work. Because of that, I will be significantly downsizing my massage client load over the coming months to create more balance in my schedule and life.

At this time, I am not accepting any new massage clients, and I have adjusted online booking so appointments can only be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. The openings posted are currently all I have available through July.

To my longtime clients: thank you for continuing to trust me with your care over the years. If you know you’d like to stay on my books moving forward, I encourage you to plan ahead and grab one of the remaining openings when you see them available. My schedule will be much more limited going forward. You can still find me at Sunday morning yoga!

I’m incredibly grateful for the support this community has shown me through every chapter of my journey. ❤️

Mental health awareness month!!!!
🎯Triggers 🎯

If you get triggered “too easily,” there’s a reason. A trigger isn’t you being dramatic, it’s your body believing, in that moment, that it might not survive. Your nervous system is reacting to something that feels familiar, even if it doesn’t make logical sense right now.

Your brain is wired to protect you based on what you’ve been through. It’s not weakness, it’s survival doing its job. The goal isn’t to never get triggered, it’s to notice it, slow it down, and respond differently over time. Awareness is power, and every time you choose differently, you are rewiring your brain.

But here’s the part people don’t talk about enough. Pay attention to how people treat you when you’re triggered. Do they escalate you, dismiss you, or make you feel unsafe? Or do they help you regulate, give you space, and meet you with calm? Your healing will struggle in environments that keep activating your survival response.

Protecting your peace isn’t avoidance, it’s wisdom. You are allowed to step back from people and situations that repeatedly dysregulate you. Healing is not just about learning to cope, it’s about choosing environments where your nervous system can finally feel safe.

May is mental health awareness month!
This is also my first day as a full blown Social worker and as someone that will soon be a mental health therapist, I want to showcase awareness every day this May!

As such, I will be sharing FREE THERAPY 🤣 you can take my advice, I’m a professional. 🤣🤣🤣

Mental health isn’t just in your head, it lives in your body. Tight shoulders, gut issues, exhaustion, brain fog… those are not random. They are signals. Your nervous system is either feeling safe or it’s not.

Start simple today. Drink water, make that a little ceremony and imagine blessing your water with health and vitality, take three deep breaths on purpose, unclench your jaw, go outside for five minutes. Small regulation creates big change over time. You don’t need to overhaul your life, today we start by listening to our body.

Pisces season always makes me slow down a little. It feels reflective. A little emotional. Like I am looking at my life more honestly.

Today in Camel, I noticed how much courage it takes to lean back like that. My knees were grounded. My legs were working. But my heart and throat were completely exposed.

Backbends are uncomfortable sometimes. You cannot see where you are going. You have to trust that you are strong enough to support yourself. You have to trust your breath.

That feels a lot like this season. Thank god aquarius season is over.

Pisces is about surrender, but not giving up. It’s about softening without collapsing, opening your heart even when life has made you want to protect it.

When I practice this pose, I try to remind myself that strength and vulnerability can exist at the same time. My legs can be steady while the heart is open. I can feel unsure and still choose to rise.

That is what coming back to the mat teaches me again and again.

You can open.
You can trust.
And you will be held.

It’s a great day to work towards a healthier you ✌️

In my years as a Bodyworker, Ive learned some deep truths.
1. The breath is where we begin.
Before words, before touch, before understanding, there is breath. It moves life through us and between us. In moments of uncertainty or overwhelm, returning to the breath brings us home to ourselves. The breath always knows where we are and what we need.
2. Presence is medicine.
More powerful than any modality or technique is the simple act of being fully here. When we meet ourselves and one another just as we are, without fixing or rushing, something sacred unfolds. Presence creates safety, and safety is where healing begins.
3. Touch is sacred.
To touch and to be touched is the most ancient medicine. It is one of the oldest ways we remember connection, regulation, and belonging. Touch speaks to the body in a language older than thought, reminding us that we are held, supported, and not alone.
4. Consistency is th real magic.
Healing is rarely loud or dramatic. It happens quietly, through repetition, devotion, and trust. I have witnessed this again and again, both in my own body and in the bodies of those I serve. When I learned to receive care consistently, space opened within me. And from that space, my ability to give expanded. Receiving is not a weakness; it is a sacred practice.
5. We are all worthy of care.
In whatever form aligns most with your spirit and your season of life. No justification needed. Care is not something you earn; it is something you are meant to receive.
