🚀 My Keto-Friendly Pre-Workout Stack — Low Carb, Low Sugar, High Performance

💜 Hawaiian Punch Sugar-Free Drink Mix

Purpose: Zero-sugar flavor enhancer to make your pre-workout more enjoyable and easier to drink. Staying keto means avoiding hidden carbs, and this keeps things tasty without the insulin spike.

Dosage: 1 packet in 16–20 oz of water.

⚡ Caffeine (200 mg AllMax Caffeine Tablets)

Back to where it all began.

Rockford, Illinois—where I was born.

We moved to Missouri when I was little, and even though I hated it at first, I’m thankful for where life has taken me.

This was my first time back since 2007.

Almost 20 years later, something in me knew it was time.

I didn’t get to see everyone I wanted to, but reconnecting with my roots, my family, and the city that shaped my early years meant everything.

There’s still something about Rockford you just don’t find in rural Missouri.

Grateful for the memories, the growth, and the chance to go back.

❌ Why The Scale Used To Suck… ❌⁣

Let’s be real—if the scale is starting to p**s you off, you’re not alone. Most people either:⁣

1️⃣ Want to smash it with a sledgehammer
2️⃣ Or obsess over it like it’s gospel⁣

But here’s the truth 👇⁣

🤯 The scale only tells you one thing—your total body weight. That’s it. It doesn’t tell you what’s fat, what’s muscle, how much water you’re holding, how full your belly is, or how many carbs you had yesterday.⁣

So why do I have my clients weigh in every day?

Because I teach them how to actually understand what the scale is saying—without letting it wreck their mindset.⁣

✅ They learn that scale fluctuations are NORMAL.

✅ They learn to focus on trends, not daily dips.

✅ They learn to pair that data with non-scale wins—like looser clothes, better energy, improved sleep, and confidence in the mirror.⁣

💡 I’ve worked with tons of clients whose weight barely moved—but their bodies transformed. Inches lost. Strength gained. And self-belief restored.⁣

⚖️ The scale is just a tool. That’s it. And unless you’re a weight-class athlete, your actual weight doesn’t matter nearly as much as you think.⁣

Here’s the reality 👉 Weight loss is not the real goal.
Being healthy, happy, and active is.
Eating better, moving your body, and taking care of yourself will often lead to fat loss—but fat loss is just a byproduct of doing the real work.⁣

Headed to see I Know What You Did Last Summer tonight… but let’s talk about what I know you saw last week:

Jennifer Love Hewitt at the premiere.

And THANK GOD she didn’t get snatched by the Ozempic Monster. 🐍

Look — I fully support people doing what they want with their bodies.
Surgery, weight loss, meds — It's your choice.

But I also think it’s okay to celebrate when someone shows up looking real, healthy, and unbothered by society’s impossible/warped standards.

In a world where every celeb is disappearing before our eyes, she showed up looking like a grown woman who’s been living her life — not chasing the algorithm with a needle.

She looked healthy.

Radiant.

Real.

Not trying to rewind the clock, just aging with grace and confidence.

And of course… the internet had opinions. 🙄

But let’s be honest — she looked GOOD.

Full stop.

It’s wild how society shames women for gaining weight…
then shames them again when they lose it too fast or the wrong way.
