Fun Fact Friday🤓
Balance improves with practice… and a little patience.
If your struggling with balance poses, break it down from the beginning.
-Find a drishti or focal point, root into the standing leg or body part connecting to the ground, engage the core, find the breath.
Then slowly begin to find the balance. Continue to breathe and exit the pose the same way you came into the pose, slow and controlled.
