From paddling on sacred water to plunging into icy stillness.

From gathering mullein for my mother’s pneumonia to navigating hours between my aging parents.

From collaborating with incredible yoga leaders to walking through grief, growth, and global adventures.

✨2025 was a labyrinth of its own. But here I stand—grounded, grateful, and still dreaming.

Wales softened me.
Italy awakened me.
Ohio continues to hold me.
