We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while managing essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients upon arrival for their dental appointments
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Check in and track dental lab cases
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Assist with patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support daily
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
