Happy New Year.

I delivered New Year’s Eve supplies to Solvera Health today, complete with silly string, confetti pops, headbands, and fun eyeglasses. They are officially ready to ring in the new year in style. Wishing everyone a joyful and festive start to 2026.

On our 12th Day of Christmas dress-up, we wrapped things up in our PJs. It was such a fun and festive 12 days, and our residents loved seeing the different outfits each day. Even better, many of them joined in on the fun, making the celebration extra special.
What a great way to share the holiday spirit together at Arc at Chillicothe.

Thank you, Sharon, for bringing in Lily Poo and putting big smiles on our residents’ faces. She looked absolutely adorable in her festive outfit and soaked up every bit of attention. There’s nothing better than a sweet little dog curled up on your lap giving cuddles. As you can see from the photos, everyone truly loved her visit.

Tuesday was Ugly Shirt Day at the Arc, and it was so much fun dressing up for our residents. The laughs, smiles, and reactions made the day even more special. We love bringing a little extra joy through our themed days and sharing those moments with you.

Thank you to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 9 and to Nancy for delivering wonderful Christmas gifts to our Veterans. Your kindness was a thoughtful way to brighten their day and show appreciation for their service.

We were joined by the Washburn Girl Scout Troop 4269 for bingo, and the room was filled with laughter, smiles, and plenty of excited shouts of “Bingo!”
The girls went above and beyond by making beautiful Christmas cards for our residents, and their kindness meant so much to everyone.

Today’s dress-up theme was Reindeer Antlers, and our Activity Department kept the fun going with Reindeer Games and Reindeer Trivia.

What a wonderful and heartwarming way to kick off Christmas week.
