In support of National Physical Therapy Month, we not only highlight the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) but also our own Bridge Rehabilitation team.

Our Bridge Rehabilitation is an extension of StoneBridge Senior Living, delivering therapy services for residents exclusively within StoneBridge communities in the state of Missouri.
