We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to all the amazing athletes who took advantage of our mobile sauna and cold plunge for their post-race recovery. It was a fantastic experience to witness so many dedicated individuals prioritizing their health and well-being after pushing their limits during the race. Your commitment to recovery is truly inspiring!

We appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by, check us out, and ask questions about the benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy. Engaging with you and sharing insights about how these recovery methods can enhance performance and wellness was a highlight for us. Your enthusiasm and curiosity make our mission so rewarding!

A huge thank you goes out to Sara and the entire Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon team for having us at this event. Your support and collaboration made it possible for us to connect with such a passionate community of athletes. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this incredible event and to support the athletes in their recovery efforts.

We had an amazing day at Sand in the Streets! Thank you to everyone that stopped in. We’ll be posting all of the pictures and videos we took in the days to come. But we wanted to give a very special thank you to Ben Arrowood. Ben is our first customer ever and set the bar high with a time of 4 minutes and 10 seconds in the 35 degree cold plunge!

We have been active participants in The Buck Fifty that last few years and love what Dave and his group have done to bring the running community together here in Chillicothe, Ohio. ‼️🏐Bake N Shake Wellness is proud to announce that we have partnered with Downtown Chillicothe Ohio for Sand in the Streets! Come check us out and enjoy the event the weekend of the August 23rd-24th. 🏐‼️

Athletes participating in the event will get a discounted price of $35 and anyone spectating will be $40 for the cold plunge and sauna! We will open up online booking Wednesday of this coming week so that you can book ahead!
