This Saturday is the 3yr anniversary! Here is a breakdown of everything happening…

1. We will have our Peak fitness challenge starting at 10am. The winner will get his/her name on the record board, a gym “starter” pack and $100!!

3 year anniversary update!

Proactive Physical Therapy Chillicothe, Missouri will be joining us to celebrate our anniversary!! Clint Singleton will be helping us celebrate May 2nd from 9am-3pm and will be offering discounted dry needling/cupping sessions!

This has been in the works for months and I am so excited about this opportunity!! Our hope is that this becomes a regular addition to the gym! However, spots for the 2nd are limited!
