Hi, I’m Brooke ✨ The hands (and heart) behind Bella Chi Massage Therapy LLC.

I’ve been a massage practitioner for over 20 years and spent 12 of those years also teaching fitness. That combination has given me a deep understanding of how the body moves, heals, and thrives 💪

In 2021, I founded the Salty Sisters Co-op here on Chincoteague- a dream rooted in collaboration and healing. Around the same time, I also began diving into herbalism, and over the past four years, it’s transformed the way I see the body’s natural ability to find balance and restore itself 🌿

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with chiropractors, traveled for mobile sessions, and supported clients through injuries, recovery, and everyday wellness. Every experience has helped shape the way I approach healing today—with intuition, knowledge, and care for the whole person.

One thing I’ve never stopped doing is learning. Growth—both personal and professional—is something I truly believe benefits not just me, but everyone I work with ❤️
