One Month Post-Op: Breast Augmentation + Symmetry Correction Results

Our patient came in with natural asymmetry: different breast shapes, a lower ni**le on one side, and uneven inframammary folds. The goal wasn’t just enhancement, it was balance. We used breast implants for volume and we also adjusted the inframammary fold and reshaped the left breast to achieve improved symmetry. She still has mild bruising and swelling, and as it resolves, the breasts will sit closer together for an even fuller cleavage.
