Can you believe our yoga teacher and owner 60 yesterday? She still looks radiant and energetic! She practices yoga every day while instructing in class, which is how she maintains her beauty and youth through hot yoga.

Come to a Sound Bath Meditation at the Studio with Larry and Olga! Expect a symphony of sounds from a large variety of crystal bowls and different instruments.

Lie down and soak in the good vibes on Sunday, June 22nd at 6:30 p.m., just after the 4:30 class. Bring a dry mat and towel. The room is warm, but not heated.

You must be signed up by Sunday at noon to attend! Cost is $35
