Which method do you feel is best?

The state is proposing adding a qualitative definition of nonself direction and requiring all recipients who have Protective Supervision to be deemed nonself directed. Qualitative definitions are often misinterpreted. This allows an Administrative Law Judge to arbitrarily determine how they’ll deem a recipient nonself directed.

Your unwavering love and dedication to your child is inspiring, and we want you to know that you are not alone. Your hard work and perseverance are not going unnoticed, and we are here to support you. We celebrate the milestones and victories, big and small, that you and your child achieve together. We understand that there may be setbacks, but we also know that you have the resilience to overcome them.
