Chino Valley Medical Center Chino Valley Medical Center, established in 1972, is a 126-bed community hospital centrally located in beautiful Southern California.

The magnificent San Bernardino Mountains are just 25 miles away, and the vast Pacific Ocean is less than an hour drive. The freeway is close by and so are shopping and restaurants. Plus affordable housing is nearby in the communities of Chino, Ontario, and Pomona. CVMC serves a diverse population and incorporates elements of urban, suburban, and rural medicine, offering a wide array of patient services. We have a bustling emergency department, 10 intensive care beds, full radiological and laboratory services; as well as a comprehensive operative suite with separate GI and pain facilities.

Today, we proudly celebrate Angela as she retires after 23 years of service to Chino Valley Medical Center and the Prime Healthcare organization.

Throughout her career, Angela has been a pillar of commitment, compassion, and positivity. Her steadfast dedication to patient care in the Radiology Department set a standard of excellence, and her uplifting presence made her not just a valued colleague but an inspiration to all who worked with her.

Beyond her professional contributions, Angela brought heart and purpose to everything she did. Her passion for giving back shone brightly through her efforts in supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. She led impactful fundraising initiatives and inspired team members across departments to come together in support of a cause larger than themselves.

Angela leaves behind a legacy defined by service, kindness, and unwavering dedication. While her presence will be deeply missed, the example she set will continue to resonate throughout our organization.

San Dimas Community Hospital is seeking the community’s help in identifying an unidentified patient.

San Dimas Community Hospital in San Dimas, CA, is seeking the community’s help with locating the family of a current patient. The patient is male, of African American descent, approximately 65 years old, has balding black hair, and brown eyes. He is approximately 6’ and 200 lbs. The patient has multiple facial and arm tattoos on his right and left arms. He also has the name “Ralph” on his right upper arm.

The patient was found lying down in the TJ Maxx parking lot of San Dimas before being brought to the hospital for emergency care. Any information that someone may have will be greatly appreciated in identifying this patient.

Incorporating activities like brisk walking, cycling, swimming, or even dancing can help improve cardiovascular health. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise three times a week, paired with strength training exercises.
