Most toxic relationship patterns don’t repeat because you want them to.
They repeat because something never fully resolved.

• An unfinished conversation.
• An unmet need.
• A version of you that never got closure.

The subconscious keeps reopening the loop,
searching for resolution in familiar places
until intelligence steps in and completes it.

When a loop closes, the charge disappears.
The pattern loses momentum.
And attraction recalibrates on its own.

From one of the best weekends of my life so far.

Got to meet Dr. Richard Bandler, take photos with him, and have him sign my books.

Got to become friends with his wonderful wife Glenda Bradstock and still get to chat with her to this day.

Got to be Dr. Richard Bandler's guest for his seminar.

Got to get in contact with Chase Hughes and planning a cool collaboration.

Got to make amazing friends like Karen and Janet.

Got to see Rich and Jo again.

I got so many amazing things out of the Hypnosis World Mid-America Conference, I hope I was able to give a good amount back.

The pattern doesn’t only show up in who you choose.
It shows up in how fast you bond,
how much you tolerate,
and the roles you slip into without noticing.

That’s the real trap of subconscious programming.
It feels natural
because it’s familiar.
But familiar doesn’t mean aligned.

Once you bring awareness to the pattern,
you reclaim the ability to choose differently
instead of reacting automatically.

When that shift happens,
connection stops being a survival strategy
and becomes a conscious creation.
