Walking is one of the most underrated tools for your hormones, digestion, and overall energy… and most people are overthinking it.

You don’t need a perfect routine.
You don’t need hours at the gym.

You just need consistency.

Inside our walking challenge, we’re focusing on simple shifts that actually make a difference:

✨ short walks throughout the day instead of “all or nothing”
✨ a quick walk after meals to support blood sugar + digestion
✨ stacking movement into your real life (calls, errands, daily rhythm)

Letting go of the things that slow progress down:
