I used to struggle with painful me**es, heavy bleeding with cramps and clots as a teenager.

What saved me was getting regular acupuncture for two months. My cycle became regular, less bleeding and more energy.

I am thankful to my parents for bringing me to see an Acupuncturist rather than agreeing with the doctor to start me on birth control pills at 14 years old.
