We are devoted to treating our customers with excellent care. Each van is also cleaned and disinfected daily for comfort and protection.

Our ambition, at Brockton Medical Transport, is to provide the highest quality of care to medical patients in need of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation solutions. With our well-trained, passionate, and courteous staff, we are confident that our patients will feel like they are a part of our family. We specialize in serving individuals who are in a non-emergency situation and require value-added

care and assistance including but not limited to:

-Elderly/ Seniors
-Persons with Disabilities
-Hospice Patients
-Children with Special Needs

Our highly trained operators and staff are dedicated to respond with promptness, sensitivity and sincerity. We empathize and understand the difficulties that take place for people with limited mobility and do our best in ensuring that our patients have the most comfortable and pleasant experience as possible. Our vehicles are equipped to pass the American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements in order to transport those in wheelchairs or those who require gurneys/stretchers. We want our patient’s experience with Brockton Medical Transport to be pleasurable from the time the appointment is scheduled through the moment they arrive safely at their destination. Brockton will serve your transportation needs whether the patient needs a wheelchair, gurney, or ambulatory (walk on) services.

Luis and Alexander were the drivers and they went above and beyond to assist my family. We had some challenges getting my nephew in the room because the wheelchair was too big. Luis and Alexander managed to get my nephew comfortably in his bed. Luis and Alexander are the reason we use Brockton Medical Transport again."
