Are you a friendly, organized, and efficient individual looking to join a dynamic team? Marianna Physical Therapy, a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic in Marianna, FL is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients!
What You'll Do:
• Greet and check-in patients with a smile 😊
• Schedule and confirm appointments 📅
• Answer and direct phone calls 📞
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation 🗂️
• Assist with administrative tasks like filing, faxing, and scanning documents 🖨️
What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical or physical therapy office preferred, but not necessary
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset 🌟

Out of an abundance of caution for our staff and patients we will delay opening our Chipley and Marianna offices until noon on Thursday. We will reach out to all patients scheduled in the morning to get you rescheduled.

In an effort to keep both our Patients and Staff safe, we will be closing both the Chipley and Marianna offices On Tuesday at 12 noon and all day Wednesday 1/22/25 due to the inclement weather. Everyone stay safe and enjoy the snow. We will be open Thursday 1/23/25 at our normal time 8am.

Let it Snow let it snow let it SNOW!!!! We will close our offices (Chipley and Mariann) today (Tuesday) at noon so our staff can all get home and warm before the weather moves in. We will let everyone know about Wednesday morning later today! We will be open Wednesday afternoon. Everyone stay warm and safe and make sure to throw a few snow balls.
