Hello all!- It’s been a LONG time since I’ve made regular posts 🙈

I hope you all are well and are enjoying the holiday weekend with family and friends!

I’ll be posting more frequently to let you know about everything I’ve been up to- but for now I want to share some exciting news with those that have not heard.

I’m now hosting 3 classes each week at Lake Wissota Family Chiropractic and Wellness Collective in downtown Chippewa!

The classes are as follows each week:

YOGA FOR STRENGTH AND BALANCE
TUESDAYS 10am

GENTLE YOGA AND STRETCHING
WEDNESDAYS 6:30pm

SATURDAY STRETCH
SATURDAYS 8am
