Our “Garden of Love” Mother’s Day Tea Party was such a beautiful and meaningful day at Lake Hallie Memory Care. 🌷💐

Residents enjoyed a day of pampering with hair styling, manicures, makeup, sweet treats, and a special professional photoshoot with their families or individually. We partnered with EvieBell Productions & Lencaa Digital Marketing Agency for the professional portraits!📸 ♥️ Thank you so much to our amazing photographer, Kailey! Also, thank you to dietary team for creating the delicious goodies that made the day even sweeter! 🧁

Motherhood is such a precious gift, and we were honored to celebrate the incredible mothers and motherly figures who have poured so much love, strength, wisdom, and care into the lives of others. Their love has shaped generations, created families, and left lasting legacies that continue to bloom every day. We love and appreciate each of these beautiful women so much. ❤️

Our residents had an absolute blast at our LHMC Thrift Sale last week! 🛍️💛 Each resident received their own “LHMC Bucks” to shop for treasures, treats, and fun finds.

Stopping at thrift sales is such a classic Wisconsin tradition this time of year, and we didn’t want our residents to miss out on the experience — so we brought the thrift sale to them! 😊

Thank you to everyone who donated items, came to shop, and helped make this event so special for our residents. We loved seeing the smiles, excitement, and joy throughout the day!

A special shout out to Annie and our amazing Dietary Department for making the delicious baked goods that were sold at the sale — they were a huge hit! 🧁💕

We were blessed to have a local homeschool group come spend time with our residents! The students sang songs, performed a beautiful hand bell piece, colored and read books with the residents, and ended the afternoon with Bingo alongside their resident buddies.

The smiles, laughter, and conversations shared throughout the day truly meant so much to our residents. Thank you for bringing so much joy to Lake Hallie Memory Care! ✨

This month our shining star recognition goes to Maycee Heggedahl! 🤩 Maycee started working at LHMC about 2 months ago, and we are so glad to have her on our team! Maycee is hardworking, kind, and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Maycee said she enjoys working at LHMC because she loves the residents and her coworkers.😍

In her free time, Maycee likes to watch movies, go for walks, play games, hangout with friends, and spend time with her nieces and nephew. She is currently enrolled at CVTC, studying to become an aesthetician.

Thank you for all you do, Maycee! We appreciate you! Way to go! 👏

🏇✨ Derby Day fun at LHMC! ✨🏇

In honor of the Kentucky Derby last weekend, we brought the excitement right to our residents! Each person picked their horse, gave it a creative name, and raced to the finish by rolling the dice. 🎲🐎

Trixie came out strong with an early lead, but Lucky made an incredible comeback and took the win in the final stretch! 🏆🍫

After seeing Esther’s birthday outing to Culver’s, they sent her a surprise gift… and her reaction says it all.
A simple gesture, but it brought back beautiful memories of her and her late husband. 💕
