Please join us in celebrating our Shining Star of the Month, Roberta Diesterhaft!🤩
Roberta joined the Lake Hallie Memory Care team about five months ago and has been a wonderful addition to our Environmental Services team. She is hardworking, kind, and always has a smile on her face. Roberta is quick to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed, and her positive attitude makes a difference each day for both residents and staff.
When asked why she enjoys working at LHMC, Roberta shared, “Every day brings something new and fun, rather than a mundane routine.”
Outside of work, Roberta enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends—whether that’s camping, gardening, or cooking delicious meals. She also loves listening to music, getting creative with crafts, and playing fetch with her dog, Miley. 🐶
