It is easy to celebrate our dynamic duo, Kim (pictured) and Steph! Thank you for being a part of every important conversation - you take any opportunity to build passion and purpose in everything we do!

Range Center treated Kim to lunch at one of her favorite spots, Five & GO in Virginia. Kim returned to the best surprise from our co-workers - beautiful 🪴 🪴 delivered by Richard and Brady (Maintenance Department). Our team is THE best!

We had a full house for a retirement party celebrating Ted Garrison, and now he is O-FISH-ALLY retired! 🎣

Ted began his career as a DSP at Range Center, Inc. in 2004, and he has been making a positive impact on our programs ever since. Even down to the final hour of his last shift, Ted secured a fishing license for one of the individuals he supports - the best retirement gift. Ted’s only request… “When he’s ready to go fishing, let me know where, and I’ll be there with the bait and everything we need.” Our work truly creates lifelong friendships.

Ted, your retirement marks the end of an incredible career filled with compassion, dedication, and kindness. Thank you for your tireless hard work and for the profound difference you've made in so many lives. May this new chapter bring you endless joy and fishing adventures with your family.

It's hard to put into words the impact you've had on Range Center over the span of a 38 year investment. You've been more than a Supervisor; you've been a fierce advocate, peer mentor, and a loyal friend - always putting the client first above all else. Your dedication and hard work have been instrumental to our success, and your legacy will continue to set the bar at its highest for years to come. We wish you a well-deserved, happy, and healthy retirement.

Next week is our annual family fun day to celebrate and appreciate everyone's dedication and hard work at Range Center! This is a staff only event, all current staff are able to attend with their friends and family. RSVP is required to attend, contact Steph. The event will be moved indoors due to weather, we will still be able to set up a bounce house in the gym.
