This season, we have created a collection of classes and workshops designed to support you in that transition. Whether you are feeling called to strengthen your body, calm your nervous system, explore energy healing, or simply carve out intentional time for yourself, there is something here for you.
Each offering is rooted in our holistic approach, blending movement, mindfulness, and connection, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are and grow from there.

First Sunday of Every Month
Join us for a deeply restorative and supportive group experience centered around Reiki and energy healing. This monthly gathering is a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and receive gentle, intentional healing in community.
Each circle includes guided grounding, group Reiki, and the opportunity to explore simple yet powerful energy techniques you can begin using in your everyday life.
Whether you are new to energy work or already attuned, you are welcome here.
Come as you are, soften into the space, and allow yourself to receive.
Before the group healing experience, we offer an optional class for those wanting to explore new healing techniques. We will take this time to learn outside the Reiki box and into the wide world of therapeutic energy healing.
Both the Techniques Class and the Group Healing Circle are Pre-Registration only.
This 6-week foundational course is designed to help women feel stronger, more aware, and more capable in their everyday lives. Led by Nick, this training focuses on real-world self-defense skills that are simple, effective, and easy to remember under pressure.
Each session builds progressively, giving you the opportunity to practice and integrate techniques in a supportive and empowering environment.
No prior experience necessary.
The Inner Compass is an 8-week structured immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, create a more grounded, aligned way of living, and come back into alignment with yourself and the healing aspects of the natural world.
This course is designed to be both deeply restorative and highly practical.
