The Center for Balance Sharing ways for you to weave balance into your life~ offering resources, energy sessions, insights. Leah Mason is behind The Center for Balance.

She is a lifelong learner, a teacher, a change agent, energy worker honoring Shamanism & Reiki , an intuitive, and a mentor who shares ways to weave balance into all areas of life: body, mind, heart and soul ~ for self, community and planet. Leah's strength, whether it is in working in the classroom, in organizations, or individually, is to engage people to think outside the box, problem solve, and work collaboratively.The range of services include individual work as well as group work; everyone from an individual to a couple to a business, a classroom, or a community will benefit from discovering how to be balanced. The Center for Balance is often working with those who have been facing major life challenges - such as job transition, family issues, health issues, divorce, death, dying, grief and loss. People are assisted to explore their life's meaning. The work is done on a variety of levels : spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically. The best work is that which is done in an environment that is values driven. With groups, organizations, and communities who are looking for positive growth, there is value in brainstorming solutions before evaluating what course of action makes the most sense to take. There is incredible power in questions. Criticism is best used as a process to implement constructive change and forward growth. The Center for Balance will assist you as you look for balance in your organization or in your personal life. We will work together as partners to ask the questions that are needed, brainstorm for solutions, and create a plan for growth and change so that life becomes a joy to live! Cost for services is by donation based on availability of funds. It is the act of bring others into their own balance that is more valuable than the funds paid. The Universe will find a way to balance it all out is one of Leah's fundamental beliefs.
