On September 1st, Diane stood up from a chair, walked 10 feet using her walker, turned around, walked back, and sat down.

It took her 95 seconds that first day as it was a challenging task that required focus and determination. At the time, she could hold a staggered stance for 1.2 seconds before needing support.

Less than three weeks later, Diane cut her time nearly in half, finishing the test in 48 seconds. She also improved her balance so much that she maxed out the test, holding steady for the full 10 seconds. 🙌

These numbers represent so much more than physical progress. They’re confidence. Independence. Freedom.

Her fall risk has been cut in half, and she’s moving through her day with a renewed sense of trust in her body. Having her husband by her side has made this journey even more meaningful, with every milestone celebrated together.

Diane wants to share her story because she knows someone out there is wondering if change is still possible.

Moving well is often the thing that helps the most.

3 quick ways to help common aches right now:
1️⃣ Low back tightness?
Lie on your back, pull knees to chest, and gently rock side to side for 30–60 seconds.
2️⃣ Sore knees?
Strengthen your quads with slow step-ups or supported squats to a box.
3️⃣ Tight shoulders?
Try wall slides: stand with your back to the wall, move arms overhead slowly, keeping elbows and wrists against the wall.

School’s back. The calendar is packed.
But you don’t have to fall off the gains train just because the school bell rang. 🔔

Yes, it’s wild out there.
But skipping your workouts won’t make life easier. It will make you more tired with tighter hamstrings.

Make time for you. Move your body. It doesn’t have to be much because that still counts as progress.

📅 July 21–31 (Mon–Thurs)
🕑 2:00–3:00 PM
