I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years now and one thing I know to be true is that everyone is unique. There is no one size fits all for therapy. I have always loved learning new techniques to try to help people. That’s why I offer many things beyond basic talk therapy. Such as equine assisted psychotherapy, nature based therapy, somatic yoga, mindfulness meditation, and whole body healing. Dm me if you have any questions about any of these options.
