Rate-Based Youth Providers (Part-Time)
Do you have a passion for working with youth? Tri-City Youth and Family Center is seeking rate-based Youth Providors to support children and teens in a therapeutic, community-based setting. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Position Highlights:
✔️ Provide direct services to youth, including case management and counseling
✔️ Help youth build coping skills, emotional regulation, and life strategies
✔️ Flexible scheduling with rate-based pay
✔️ Supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Experience working with youth is preferred
Must be compassionate, dependable, and able to work collaboratively
Background check required

About Us:
Tri-City Youth & Family Center is a nonprofit behavioral health agency dedicated to supporting individuals and families in the Choctaw and surrounding communities. We offer a wide range of mental health, substance use, and prevention services with a strong focus on recovery, empowerment, and resilience.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has lived experience in recovery, is state-certified, and is passionate about helping others on their recovery journey. As a Peer Specialist, you will provide guidance, encouragement, and support to individuals navigating mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one peer mentoring and recovery coaching to clients.
Share personal recovery experiences appropriately to support, inspire, and educate.
Help clients identify strengths, set goals, and develop recovery plans.
Assist clients in accessing services, navigating systems, and building support networks.
Co-facilitate support groups and recovery-focused activities.
Document services in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
Work closely with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) in the state of Oklahoma.
At least 1 year of peer support or behavioral health experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to maintain boundaries, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Experience working in electronic health records writing progress notes

Location: Choctaw, OK
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Duties include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and light administrative work.
Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
