BCBA / BCaBA – Full-Time or Part-Time
Foundations ABA, LLC – Choctaw, OK
Foundations ABA, LLC is a locally owned, client-centered ABA clinic serving children and families in the Choctaw and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team.
This is a client-based clinical position focused on high-quality, ethical ABA services—not production-driven quotas. Our clinic prioritizes meaningful outcomes, strong family relationships, and a supportive work environment for our staff.
Position Responsibilities
*Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, FBA, skill assessments, etc.)
*Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
*Supervise and train RBTs
*Provide parent training and collaboration
*Monitor client progress and update goals
*Ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements

Qualifications
