We finally did something right. I argue that the Internet has done very little to make this world a better place. But we picked the right guy and made him famous overnight.
His powerful and from the heart song, Rich Men North of Richmond has been number one on iTunes this entire week and 15 million views on YouTube in five days. After not being seen for nearly a week, when his song broke the internet stepped on the stage and read from his well worn Bible.
If you’re expecting him to be perfect, he’s not. He is human.
If you think he is gonna be the white night that was going to ride in and save this country he’s not.
If you think he’s going to revolutionize country music, back to the heart and soul about what it used to be, he won’t.
But he can be the start for all of that. We The People are the most feared humans on the planet. I think it’s time we remember just how powerful we are.
