Another birthday party for the books! 🎂 🥳

For our October birthdays, we celebrated with an Oktoberfest Bash, of course.

Everyone enjoyed hot soft pretzels, cupcakes, and root beer. We also had a great time dressing up in costumes and posing with our themed photobooth. 🥨🍻

's annual Commonwealth Cares Charity Golf Tournament has always been a cherished tradition to provide financial assistance to associates and their families during life's most challenging moments. ⛳💚

This year's tournament carried a profound sense of purpose and remembrance, as it was held in honor of Ashley Williams, our Home Office's beloved Director of Administrative Services, and her husband, Stephen.

In recognition of her legacy, the event was renamed the Ashley Williams Memorial Commonwealth Cares Golf Tournament.

Our residents loved being the photographers during our "Say Cheese!" hour. 📸 🧀

They asked associates to say “cheese” as they snapped their photos. We also went around and found things around the building we thought were aesthetically pleasing and snapped those too.

It was so fun learning about all the tips and tricks of photography together and they were so proud of their photos! 🖼️

Last Friday was full of fun, food, and fantastic company as we hosted our Annual End of Summer Cookout. 🌤️ 🍔

In addition to yummy burgers, we also delighted din popcorn, cotton candy, face painting, games, prizes and so much more.

Thank you to Molly, one of our volunteers, for dazzling everyone with her musical talent and a big shoutout to our team for making this event such a great experience for all! 🧡

During , we traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada for our last stop on our “Ageless Adventures” tour! ✈️ 🎰

While visiting, we saw human slot machines, blackjack, and virgin cocktails in champagne flutes.

Later on, we had a celebrity guest appearance from the one and only, Elvis Presley, and our therapy dog, Mo, in his dapper Vegas attire. 👑🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who helped out with our celebrations!

Yeehaw y’all! 🤠🌵

We traveled down south for a rodeo at the saloon and found ourselves tangled up in ring toss, horse shoes, panning for gold, and target practice.

Thank you to Chris, from Medi Healthcare, and Robin, from Wythe Hospice of Southwest Virginia for joining us and bringing sweet treats for everyone. 💰🐎

Chris even stepped in as our Sheriff and stopped a bandit, Austin, our associate, from stealing everyone’s gold.

Once it was safely stored away from Austin, our residents got to spend their gold at the saloon store. What an exciting ! 👏

Beach Day was a splash and we couldn’t have had a more beautiful day to celebrate it! 🏖️🍹

With refreshing pools and soft sand, our residents and team were excited to dip their toes in.

Lions, tigers, bears, oh my! 🦁🌿

Our Safari team was on the hunt for lots of wild animals yesterday during our celebrations. 👀

With safari hats on and binoculars in hand, everyone set out to spot hidden animals lurking around every corner - and there were plenty of surprises along the way.

From roaring lions, to towering giraffes, it was an unforgettable journey!

Congrats to our residents, Claire and Dot, for finding the most animals and winning the hunt! 🏆

Everyone had a wonderful time at our Mad Hatters Tea Party where we enjoyed raffle prizes, refreshments, and Cheshire Cat riddles.
