Skipping or eating sugary breakfasts spikes cortisol and crashes blood sugar β€” both stress hormones. Something like eggs + avocado toast, or Greek yogurt with chia and nuts, helps regulate insulin and steady energy.

2. π™Ώπš›πš’πš˜πš›πš’πšπš’πš£πšŽ πš‚πš•πšŽπšŽπš™ π™»πš’πš”πšŽ πš’πš'𝚜 π™ΌπšŽπšπš’πšŒπš’πš—πšŽ
7–9 hours minimum. Your body resets hormones (especially growth hormone, leptin, and cortisol) during deep sleep. Going to bed around the same time every night matters more than you think.
