Today we want to highlight ! 💜💪🏼

Hi, I’m Shellie! A native of Maine who transplanted here to Pocatello in 2004. Busy mom of 6, working full time for the State of Idaho, happily married to my husband Caleb for 28 years! My true fitness journey began with Jriven in 2016 and I LOVE group fitness! It has changed my life. The family atmosphere and real-time coaching at Jriven make all the difference. I started coaching in 2022 when I became certified as a Surge Fit instructor and found a real passion for empowering people to find their potential and maximize it. Being healthy is a life long journey and Jriven is a great place to start that journey, continue your journey, or take it to the next level!
