🔥 Ready to get stronger, more mobile, and more confident in just 30–40 minutes a day? Welcome to Jriven for 30 — an online training program, that runs in 4 week cycles, designed to build real progress.

This program features strength, HIIT, functional full-body training, and mobility so you can improve your range of motion, balance, coordination, and overall confidence—all while training smarter, not longer.

Here’s how each week is structured:

💪 Monday — Strength Training
Same workout each week so you can track measurable progress.

🔥 Tuesday — HIIT
High-intensity intervals to boost endurance, power, and calorie burn. High intensity doesn’t require high impact, low impact options are always available when called for!

📋 Wednesday — Check-In & Accountability
Your habits matter. Mid-week we refocus, reset, and stay on track together.

🏋️ Thursday — Strength Training
Another repeatable strength session to promote true progressive overload.

⚡ Friday — Full Body Functional Strength
Move better. Feel better. Build real-life strength from head to toe.
