Are we ever gentle with our most challenging thoughts and feelings?

Turns out, even these unbecoming “parts” of you are actually trying to help, in their own unique way. If we allow ourselves to swap 🔁 judgment for a dose of curiosity and kindness, instead of trying to banish these hard feelings, we can start to build a trusting relationship with them. This simple (but not often easy) shift—from viewing them as “problems” to understanding them as loyal protectors🛡️ doing their best—opens the door to some seriously profound inner growth 🌱.
