Peaceful Adobe Living and a Good Place for Body/Energy Workers
We have a newly renovated room in a private wing of the house available for rent. The house is in a very nice area in Sunny Vista/ Bonita Cove close to, Chula Vista Downtown, bike and horse trails, parks, golf course, shopping and so much more. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We are on a bus rout within one block and super easy access to HWY 805 and HWY 54. Monthly Fee is $825 and we ask for a $50 utility fee.
The house is Adobe style with a large private court yard, a huge shared (VEGAN) kitchen, meditation area and room for energy work, gong bath, drum circles, inside/outside yoga, and places to grow herbs, vegetables and fruits. We also have a professional massage/energy worker room that would be available for use. On site is a laundry room, carport for parking and a loving chihuahua guard dog.
We looking for a special individual who would love the peace and privacy and contributes to build a healthy, clean environment while being able to do some or all bodywork from home. We do not invite drama, destructive habits, gossip or negativity in our home for people living here and their guests. A small dog may be considered.
